WV Sheriffs and Police Endorse Judge Jennifer Bailey

Law enforcement stands with Bailey in re-election effort

CHARLESTON, WV — Today, the re-election campaign of  Kanawha County Circuit Judge Jennifer Bailey received the endorsement of the WV Sherffis’ Association PAC.


This is the second major law enforcement endorsement Bailey has received. She was recently endorsed by the Capital City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #74.


Judge Bailey is supported by law enforcement because of her 20-Year Record of being tough but fair on crime, upholding the Constitution, delivering swift justice, and working to protect children.


Kanawha County Sheriff Mike Rutherford said, “I am proud to support Judge Jennifer Bailey because she’s got a 20-Year Record of being tough but fair on crime, upholding the Constitution, delivering swift justice, and working to protect children. She’s a friend of law enforcement and first responders. The WV Sheriffs’ Association PAC supports Judge Bailey because she serves with honor and integrity. Law enforcement agrees that we need to keep Judge Bailey in the courtroom.”


Judge Jennifer Bailey said, “I’m truly honored to receive these endorsements. I will continue to apply the rule of law fairly, protect our values, and respect law enforcement. I admire our dedicated men and women in law enforcement for their tireless work and sacrifice  to enforce the law and keep our communities safe.”


Judge Bailey is the only candidate endorsed by WV sheriffs, police officers, and first responders.
